Chih-Yu Wen, Ph.D.

Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, National Sun Yat-sen University

Dr. Wen’s professional background spans energy-saving glass research and entrepreneurship. Before founding SHAN-CING, he participated in establishing a switchable-glass business, gaining technology and product experience and working through the transition from research to market.

His electrical engineering background and entrepreneurial experience in glass formed an important foundation for co-founding SHAN-CING. Continuing his work in energy-saving glass, he develops the company’s own brands with the team and applies accumulated experience to new products and applications.

Feng-Hao Hsu, Ph.D.

Ph.D. in Microelectronics, National Cheng Kung University

Dr. Hsu has a microelectronics research background and more than a decade of practical experience in solar energy. He previously served as the manager of a solar module factory, bringing experience in both research and module manufacturing operations.

His research training and factory experience connect technical design with practical production. His knowledge of optics, solar energy and module production conditions forms an important foundation for SHAN-CING’s glass and energy applications.
